BOOKING CONDITIONS

It is the Guest's responsibility to read all terms and conditions of their booking

• Tariffs are subject to change without notice
• Pets are not allowed on the property as we are in a Nature Reserve
• Check In time is 2pm and Check Out is 10am (Late Check Out at 3pm on Sundays and Public Holidays)
  
• Maximum of 10 persons will be accommodated in the Rookery
  PN = Per night   PW = Per Week
• * Public Holidays Min 3 nights except for Easter and Melbourne Cup which are Min 4 nights
• *Christmas -    Min 7 nights.  Check in from 24 or 25 December until 30 or 31 December 2010
• Minimum two nights stay
• A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking.  The balance is to be paid 14 days prior to your arrival.  (One month in advance for December, January, Easter and Public holiday Long weekends)
• Credit card facilities available are Visa, Mastercard.  A surcharge of 1.8% will be applied to all credit card transactions
• Cheques to be made payable to Bear Gully Coastal Cottages. 
• Direct Debit to BSB 063 518  Account No. 10212122  Account Bear Gully Coastal Cottages (ensure your name is on transfer)
• Smoking is not permitted inside building.
• Unfortunately no pets are allowed due to the sensitivity of the coastal reserve.
• Consideration must be given at all times to level of noise that may affect guests in other cottages
• Any breakages, damage & property loss will be the liability of the person who signed the booking form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.
  
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival  date– we retain the deposit.  If we can re-book the cancelled dates, this deposit can be transferred to another date within 3 months. If this falls into a different Season the rate will be adjusted accordingly WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION:
  
• Cancellations made 14 days or less during the Peak periods of December, January, Easter and Public holiday Long weekends  cannot transfer bookings and will forfeit total amount of booking.
  
• Bear Gully Coastal cottages may at any time cancel your booking if in our sole discretion there are reasons which require us to do so.  Should this happen we will refund you in full all monies that you may have paid . We will then have no further liability to you.
