BOOKING CONDITIONS:
It is Guests
responsibility to read all terms and conditions of their booking.
· The
cottages are available for weekends, midweek and weekly rental.
· A
deposit of $300 is required at time of booking. The
balance is to be paid 14 days prior to your arrival. (One
month in advance for December
and January).
·
Credit card facilities are
available for VISA, Mastercard. There is a 1.8% surcharge
for credit cards. Cheques may be made payable to Bear
Gully Coastal Cottages.
·

·
On arrival we require you to
sign a disclaimer for breakages and damages.
· Use of extra beds not included in original
booking will incur a linen charge of $25.00 per bed.
· Smoking
is not permitted inside the cottages.
·
Unfortunately no pets are allowed due to the sensitivity of the
coastal reserve.
Tariffs are subject to change
without notice
CANCELLATION POLICY:
· All
cancellations will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
· Cancellations
less than one week prior – we retain the deposit.
· Cancellations
made 14 days or less during the peak periods of December,
January, Public holidays and Long weekends will
forfeit total amount of booking unless dates can be rebooked.
Bear Gully Coastal Cottages may
at any time cancel your booking if in our sole discretion there
are reasons which require us to do so. Should this happens we
will refund you in full any monies that you may have paid.
We will then have no further liability to you.

Maximum of 10 persons will be accommodated
·
Minimum two nights stay
·
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. The balance is to be
paid 14 days prior to your arrival. (One month in advance for December,
January, Easter and Public holiday Long weekends)
·
Credit card facilities available are Visa, Mastercard.
A charge of 1.80%
will be applied to all credit card transactions as from 01 January 2007.
·
Cheques to be made payable to Bear Gully Coastal Cottages.
·
Direct Debit to BSB.063 518 Account No. 10212122 (ensure your name is on
transfer)
·

Consideration must be given at all times to level of noise that may
affect guests in other cottages.

All Cancellations will be charged a
$50.00 cancellation fee.
·
Cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival – we retain the
deposit. If we can rebook the cancelled dates, this deposit can be transferred
to another date within 6 months.
·
Cancellations made
14 days or less during the Peak periods of December,
January, Easter and Public holiday Long weekends will forfeit total amount of
booking if dates cannot be rebooked.
·
Any breakages, damage and property loss will
be the Liability of the person
in whose name the booking has been made.

Coastal cottages may at any time cancel your booking if in our sole discretion

further liability to you.
